Your data and competitive map
stay yours.
What happens to the inputs you give the engine, where the agents look, where they don't, and how to delete everything when you decide to leave. No legalese — the actual mechanics.
The mechanics, not the policy.
No shared models
The agents don't fine-tune on your inputs. Your ICP description, competitor list, and value prop never leave your account's isolated context.
No cross-customer leakage
Each customer's diagnostic, dashboard, and brief lives in a row-level-secured Supabase table. Operators can read; other customers cannot.
No public posting
Findings are emailed to you, rendered in your dashboard, and stored. They are never published, sold, or syndicated. Period.
Public sources only
The eight agents read public web, public SERPs, public social, public job boards, public ad libraries. No scraping behind logins. No grey-area data.
Read-only ad accounts (Engine+)
If you connect Meta / Google / LinkedIn for the deeper paid-media diagnostic, access is read-only and revocable any time from the platform's dashboard.
Deletion SLA: 7 days

Within 7 calendar days we delete every row, signal, brief, dashboard config, and operator note tied to your account. We confirm in writing with a list of what was deleted.
Backups containing your data roll off within 30 days of deletion. We don't keep "anonymized" copies.
