Your account data and the work we produce for you belong to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your account or your strategy with other clients. Cancel anytime and take everything with you.

2. What We Collect

We only collect what is strictly necessary to run the engine and process your diagnostic:

Input Data: Domain URL and any context you provide during intake. If you run The Leak Report, you can connect Google Ads read-only so we can score your account; that access never changes a setting and you can disconnect any time.
Contact Information: Email and name to deliver the report and manage your account.
Telemetry: Minimal, aggregated site usage data (via cookies) to understand conversion funnels.

3. AI & Model Training

We use Large Language Models (LLMs) to power our agents. We do not use your proprietary intelligence, strategic data, or non-public inputs to train foundational models that could benefit your competitors. Data passed to APIs is strictly ephemeral and opted out of training wherever supported.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use analytics to measure site performance and conversion. You have the right to accept or decline non-essential tracking via our cookie consent banner. If you decline, we respect that signal.

5. Communications

We operate on a "no-call onboarding" basis. We will email you your diagnostic report and weekly intelligence briefs (if subscribed). You can unsubscribe from non-critical alerts at any time.
